Eventually, she quitted teaching and joined as a full-time aerobics-instructor.

A fitness freak, Manak has been lifting weights for the last 17 years and developed an interest in bodybuilding. The hard work she has put in has won her two gold medals, one in the Women’s Physique category and another in Women Fitness, in Bulandshahar, UP, at IBBFF, the official federation representing the International Federation of Body Building (IFBB).

For great achievements, one has to be extraordinary! YashmeenManak not only owns a great body but also she has distinctively made her mark in the field of fitness as well as bodybuilding and has gone on achieving invariably.

Back in time, when bodybuilding is considered as a predominantly male-centric sport, it is inspiring that Yashmeen daringly put herself against the status quo. With intense hard work and passion to own a fit body, Yashmeen has proved that even female bodybuilders can be graceful, successful, and sought after.

Being a female, it was a big challenge to pursue bodybuilding as a career. There were speculations and doubts as it’s a male-dominated field, but her family and friends supported her. Many discouraged Yashmeen, but she never paid any attention to them.”

Manak says that Normal is boring. She believes in breaking the stereotypes. She rides a Bullet and loves powerlifting. She is already more muscular than many guys.
