Dry fruits must be a part of your diet if you are trying to gain weight. You can include almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, raisins, etc. In the pre-workout diet.

  • Banana

By consuming bananas along with milk, you will see a sea change around you. If you too want to gain weight, then you can also consume milk and banana before workout. Banana contains sugar and starch, which gives energy to the body. Moreover, Banana is rich in carbohydrates and potassium. If consumed about 45 minutes before a workout, it strengthens the muscles and also helps in increasing weight.
