Menstruation is the scientific term used to refer to the cycle of your periods. Every girl aged 13 years or 12 years starts it the menstrual cycle and this cycle continues till the age of 50 years of women. This cycle comes in a month with a gap of 21 days or 35 days.

What Happens In The Menstrual Cycle:-
Females of age (13 to 50 ) years will go through puberty experience menstrual bleeding. The reason behind the bleeding is the lining of the uterus has prepared itself for a possible pregnancy by becoming thicker and richer in blood vessels. It means your ovules are ready to prepare features, which is done by transfer of sperm, If there is no insertion of sperm inside the egg, this thickened lining is shed, accompanied by bleeding.
Bleeding usually lasts for 3-8 days. For most women, menstruation happens in a fairly regular, predictable pattern. The length of time from the first day of one period to the first day of the next period normally ranges from 21-35 days.

Fertile days, are the days a woman have most chances to get pregnant, they are not the same for women but are identical to women, every woman faces a different time of fertility days. Therefore it is not easy to find the fertility days.

Certain things you always have to keep in your mind. It takes six to eight months to conceive, and that, in any given month, you probably have a 15 to 20 percent chance of getting pregnant. # Track Your Periods.
You must always be aware of your menstrual days, date, type of blood, the color of blood, the gap in periods, number of days you are bleeding. These are the first important pieces of information to know.
How can you check these parameters
- Mark the date on the day you get your period. This is Day One. Count each day until your next period arrives (when you’ll begin at Day One again). This will basically check out the number of days you are getting periods.
- You can continue to 3-4 months so you may have rough average ideas about the numbers of days you are having periods
- The average menstrual cycle is 28 days long, but normal cycles can range from 23 to 35 days in length. If it extends you must consult a doctor.

# Find Out A Number Of Your Ovulation Days.
Having sex during a small window of time around when that is your menstrual time the egg is ripened and when a ripened egg is released from one of the ovaries and moves into the Fallopian tube. So, the second important thing you need to know to pinpoint your most fertile days is when you ovulate.
Ovulation occurs just 14 days before your menstrual cycle so by calculating these days one can predict the menstrual date and can have sex during this period in order to get pregnant.
In case your cycle is not regular, you can check this through your body temperatures because women body temperature increases during this time.
# Find Out When To Have Sex.
When you have a clear idea of your ovulation cycle, there’s only one thing left to do get ready to start the process
Have intercourse in your ovulation period , once you’ve ovulated, you may have more chances. you can have sex every day or every other day beginning about five days before ovulation and continuing through the day after ovulation.
Because sperm can live as long as three to five days inside a woman’s body, an egg’s life span is only about 12 to 24 hours. By having intercourse during the period of ovulation before it or after the evolution, there are maximum chances of getting pregnant.
#Check Your Cervical Mucus
The hormones that control your menstrual cycle also affects the mucus that your cervix makes. You can check before and during and after ovulation, the amount, color, and texture of mucus. Ovaries release an egg, your cervix makes more mucus. Before ovulation, it may be sticky and cloudy or whitish.
During you ovulate, the mucus gets slippery, like egg whites. It may stretch across your fingers if you spread them apart. This stage usually lasts 3 or 4 days, which is when you’re most likely to get pregnant.
