Menstruation is the scientific term used to refer to the cycle of your periods. Every girl aged 13 years or 12 years starts it the menstrual cycle and this cycle continues till the age of 50 years of women. This cycle comes in a month with a gap of 21 days or 35 days.

Females of age (13 to 50 ) years will go through puberty experience menstrual bleeding. - Mark the date on the day you get your period. This is Day One. Count each day until your next period arrives (when you’ll begin at Day One again). This will basically check out the number of days you are getting periods.

Have intercourse in your ovulation period , once you’ve ovulated, you may have more chances. you can have sex every day or every other day beginning about five days before ovulation and continuing through the day after ovulation.
Because sperm can live as long as three to five days inside a woman’s body, an egg’s life span is only about 12 to 24 hours. By having intercourse during the period of ovulation before it or after the evolution, there are maximum chances of getting pregnant.
