  • Mix milk, honey, Vitamin E capsule, and mashed cucumber in equal amount. Apply the mask on the face and neck and leave it for 30 minutes before rinsing it off.
  • Add 2/3 tsp of gram flour, a few drops of raw honey, and Rosewater to raw milk. Mix well and apply on the face as well as neck. Rinse off using lukewarm water after 10 minutes. It is an amazing face mask. It will give you a well-toned, smooth, and glowing skin.

  • Milk as a cleanser
  • Milk is an excellent cleanser as it removes the dirt as well as dead skin. It prevents blackheads and acne at the same time it moisturizes the skin leaving it soft and supple.
  • Dab a cotton pad in milk and apply it in a circular motion. Repeat this process for three minutes and then rinse it off with warm milk.
  • Add raw milk to Moong bean powder and form a paste. Apply it on the face and leave for 15 minutes. Scrub before cleaning for another 10 minutes. It acts as an exfoliating skin cleanser.
  • Mix 100 g of raw milk with 10-15 drops of lemon juice. Apply on the face and hands using a cotton ball. Wash your face with water after 7-10 minutes. It helps in removing excess oil from the face and gives you glowing skin.
  • Combine 1 tablespoon of raw milk, a few drops of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of Cucumber juice to form a paste. Apply on the face and hands using a cotton ball. Wash your face with water after 5-10 minutes. It is an excellent mask for severely sensitive skin.

  • Add a few drops of honey to a little bit of milk and massage it into your skin for 5-10 minutes. Rinse it off to reveal soft and radiant skin.
  • Milk deeply nourishes the skin and keeps it rejuvenated. It contains beta hydroxy which is present in lactic acid. It mildly scourges excess oil and dirt from the skin. It also removes dead cells and heals damaged skin. It tightens large pores and keeps your skin supple and soft.
  • A perfect homemade scrub can be made with milk, honey oatmeal, and walnut powder. Make a paste by mixing all these ingredients in equal quantities. Apply the paste on the face. Scrub the paste and wash it with cold water after 25 minutes.
  • Oats, Fuller’s earth and ground almonds have a coarse texture. It works well as a skin exfoliator without causing damage. The milk and honey in the scrub keep the skin hydrated.   • Raw milk helps to reverse tan. It also protects the skin against sun damage. Combine raw milk with curd. Apply it on the face 25 minutes before and after stepping out in the sun. It forms an amazing protective layer around the skin that keeps the skin safe from sun damage up to 5 hours.
  • Use milk to get rid of tan lines. Milk contains lactic acid. Hence, it helps with the skin lightening process. To use milk as a tan remover, combine an equal amount of milk and green tea. Dip a cotton pad into this solution and apply it all over the tanned skin. Rinse it off after 15 minutes. To get better results, repeat the process thrice a week before bath.
