Diabetes

 Diabetes is another silent killer and among the biggest morbidities of the world. There are two types of this disease. Type 1 and type 2 diabetes. In type 1 diabetes, the pancreas produces little or no insulin. Whereas type 2 diabetes affects the way your blood sugar is processed, which is called glucose.

Initially, the patient does not feel its symptoms, but as the disease progresses, fatigue, weight loss, frequent urination along with excessive thirst also starts.

Eventually, diabetes can badly affect the heart, kidneys and weight. However, complications can be prevented by maintaining a healthy weight, following the right diet, regular exercise and attention to check-ups.

 Sleep apnea

This is a serious sleep disorder in which people breathe heavily or snore while sleeping. People with severe sleep apnea have a higher risk of sudden death and stroke during sleep.

Fatty liver

 Fatty liver disease progresses slowly in the body and causes huge trouble. There are two types of fatty liver disease. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic. As far as fatty liver is concerned, your diet plays a major role in this.

To avoid this, choose a healthy plant-based diet and avoid eating any foods rich in unhealthy fats.  Notably, the symptoms of fatty liver disease are not visible very early, but if there is a suspicion, with the help of blood test or ultrasound, this disease can be detected at an early stage.

 Coronary artery disease

 Many heart diseases are fatal. Coronary artery disease is one of these. This is a condition in which the coronary arteries that supply blood and oxygen to the heart narrow, which can lead to heart attack along with chest pain. It is almost impossible to prevent this disease without proper screening and adopting the right lifestyle.

 According to experts, if you have high blood pressure and high cholesterol, manage it by getting tested regularly.  Along with this, it is very important to make some changes in your lifestyle like eating healthy food and doing regular exercise.
