To make a homemade energy drink, take a glass of cold water and mix half a teaspoon of coffee powder and half a teaspoon of milk. This drink gives instant energy to the body and helps in removing fatigue also.

Almond and Walnut drink:

It is another reinvigorating drink for refreshment. To prepare this, grind almonds and walnuts to make a powder. Add some small cardamom to it and mix well. For sweetness, you can also mix some jaggery powder in it. Take this mixture with milk after returning from work or before going to bed. This will not only energize the body but also induce sound sleep.

Snakeroot drink:

Indian snakeroot (sarpaganda) is a herb that is helpful in promoting sleep, relieving anxiety and dealing with stress. It is also helpful in calming the mind. You can take it with water or milk.
