Ingredients
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound lean ground buff/ chicken/lamb
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split
- 1/4 cup spinach dip
- 1/4 cup julienned soft sun-dried tomatoes (not packed in oil)

Directions
- Combine the first six ingredients. Add ground meat; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into four 1/2-in.-thick patties.
- Place burgers on an oiled grill rack or in a greased 15x10x1-in. pan. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4-5 in. from heat until a thermometer reads 160°, 4-5 minutes per side. Grill buns cut side down, over medium heat until toasted. Serve burgers on buns; top with spinach dip, tomatoes, and lettuce.

- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2-2/3 cups cooked brown rice
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook the meat, onion, and pepper over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink and onion is tender, breaking up the ground meat into crumbles; drain.
- Stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasonings; bring to a boil. Add rice; heat through, stirring occasionally.
