(b) We may process information about an End User’s transactions and interactions with Customer’s website or mobile application (“Transaction Data”). The Transaction Data is processed for the purpose of providing our Services to Customer. The legal basis for this processing is the End User’s consent and the adequate performance of the contract between Customer and ourselves. Transaction data may include IP address, user agent of the device.

 

3. Disclosure of Personal Data

 

3.1 We may disclose your personal data to any member of our group of companies (this means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and all its subsidiaries) insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes, and on the legal bases, set out in this policy.

 

3.2 Financial transactions relating to the Services are handled by our payment services providers, Stripe. We will share Payment Information with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. 3.3 We may disclose End Users’ Service Data an Transaction Data to the applicable Customers to provide information and analytics about the use of their website and to improve the functionalities of the Services.

For example, we may disclose Service Data to obtain useful analytics, provide support to our Customers, determine location data and provide search engine functionality to our Customers.

 

3.5 We may share aggregated data (information about our users that we combine together so that it no longer identifies or references an individual user) and other anonymized information to Customers for their own business purposes, for regulatory compliance, industry and market analysis, demographic profiling, marketing and advertising, and other business purposes.

We and our other group companies have offices and facilities in the India and UAE. (a) Adaxx Media complies with the India Privacy Law as set forth by the Data Protection Law of India regarding the collection, use, and retention of Personally Identifiable Information transferred from the India to other country.  Adaxx Media has certified to the Data Protection Law that it adheres to the Privacy Law.  If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Law, the Privacy Law shall govern.

 

(b) Individuals may file a complaint concerning Adaxx Media’s processing of their Personally Identifiable Information. Adaxx Media will take steps to remedy issues arising out of its alleged failure to comply with the Privacy Shield Principles. (c) Where Adaxx Media has transferred personal information of Indian residents to third parties, Adaxx Media shall be liable if those third parties do not process personal information in compliance with the Privacy Law. This shall not be the case where Adaxx Media establishes that it is not responsible for the damage caused by the third party.
